When will my order be delivered?

Your Alexander Milano phone case will be delivered within 1 to 3 working days from the day your order is placed.

Delivery costs £2.45 to all addresses within the U.K mainland.

International deliveries, including the United States, are charged at a flat rate of £5.95. Please allow an extra 2 days for delivery for international orders – Courier may vary.

Please note National Holidays and Bank Holidays may affect our delivery schedule.

Where can you deliver?

We can deliver to your home or work.

We deliver throughout most of the UK, US, Europe and the UAE.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most credit card and debit card types. We also run apple pay and paypal.

When will my payment be taken?

Typically, your payment will be taken upon purchase of goods.

What if there is a problem with my payment?

If, for any reason, we are unable to process your payment we will hold back your order and email you immediately.

Upon receipt of our email please contact us using the contact details provided and we will work together to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.

How do you make sure my personal details are protected and kept safe?

We use industry standard encryption tools and security measures to safeguard your personal information.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you keep your password safe and confidential to prevent unauthorised access to your account.  We shall have no liability to you if someone else accesses your account using your password and logs in and places orders with us.

How can I review, amend or cancel my orders?

Can I return or exchange a product?

You are entitled to return your phone case within 14 days of the date of delivery, and receive a full refund (less any postage / shipping charges).

Please note that custom cases are non refundable unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.

I have received a faulty or damaged item. What should I do?

I have been charged incorrectly. What should I do?

It is extremely unlikely that this would happen but if you notice any charges on your account that you think are wrong please contact us using the form on the contact us page and we will work together to solve the problem and refund any incorrect charges.

I am awaiting a refund, when will I receive it?

Upon the return of goods your refund will be processed immediately and will be achieved within 30 days.

Your refund will be paid to the card you used to place your order or through PayPal.

Should the refund not appear in your account in this time please contact us using the form on the contact us page.
